Lars Bjerrek appointed new Head of Private Banking

Mr Lars Bjerrek has a broad international experience from private
banking and from different leading positions in the SEB Group,
including the securities operations. Mr Bjerrek has recently been
Head of International Private Banking at SEB based in Luxembourg.
Prior to this he worked as Head of Commercial Banking at the SEB
office in Singapore. Mr Bjerrek has also held a comparable position
in their Oslo office.

Carnegie's business area Asset Management & Private Banking is to be split into two separate business areas to further focus on creating value added for clients. "Lars has long international experience from private banking and I am convinced that he together with our Private Banking team will be able to continue to build our service to clients. This is an important step in developing our private banking
concept and in our ambition to be our client's first choice", says
Karin Forseke, CEO. Carnegie's Private Banking operations will
include the Private Banking operations in Luxembourg, London and in
the Nordic countries.
